How is my last months' rent calculated for my monthly booking?

 

The last months' rent is calculated on a pro-rated basis.

Because we allow you to submit your 30 days' notice at any time, it is rare that you will have a full 30 days from your final billing date. 

So what we do in your final month is take your monthly rent, divide it by 30 and times it by the number of days between your final billing date and your booking end date.

We do this so we're not charging you for a full month on your final billing date then refunding the overpayment as refunds can take 5-10 days to appear in your account and we just don't think that's the best customer experience!

 

Case Example:

My rent is: £100 per month

My billing date is: 10th of the month

I submit my notice to end my booking on: 20th of March

My booking end date will be (30 days' notice): 19th April 

My final billing date will be: 10th of April

My final months' rent will be for parking between: 10th of April - 19th April (19 days)

My final months' rent to be paid will be: £63.33 ((£100 / 30 days) x 19)

 

In summary: On the 10th of April I will be charged my final subscription payment of the pro-rated amount £63.33.

 

No further payments will be due and your subscription will be cancelled.
