What do I do if my vehicle is damaged while accessing the parking space or while parked?

Any damage to your vehicle while accessing the parking space or whilst parked is the liability of the Driver.

The Parking Contract outlined on our website is entered into by the Driver when a booking is placed and our T&C's are agreed to. We outline under The Driver’s Obligations that a driver accepts responsibility for the safety of the vehicle (together with any items stored in the vehicle during the booking period). Drivers therefore park at their own risk.

This policy is in line with that of almost all private and commercial car parks.
