Book a space: How to Post-Pay

If you've forgotten to pay before leaving or left before paying, some of our locations offer the option to Post-Pay.

Identifying sites that offer post-pay 

Signs will indicate that Post-Pay is available, allowing you to pay after you leave.

❗️Important: If the site you parked at doesn't offer post-pay, you will not be able to make a payment for a past parking session via the YourParkingSpace platform.

Please Note: If a site has the option to Post-Pay be sure to check the payment signs in the car park and take note of the Location ID on the sign.

💳 ⏰ How to make a booking via Post-Pay 

Policy:

· Post-pay at eligible sites is available up until midnight the following day to a completed parking session.

For example - if you park today at 9am until 5pm, you will be able to pay for that parking session up until midnight tomorrow. 

How-To:

1. Visit yourparkingspace.co.uk or open our app
2. Select Hourly/Daily parking
3. Enter the location ID into the search bar
4. Enter the dates and times of your parking session 
5. Select 'Book now'
6. Make payment

Having trouble? Try this

If the start time defaults to 'Now' when you're trying to book and you cannot change it to a time in the past, press the 'X' on the top right to minimise the pop-up and then select the parking session dates and times from the location page.
