How do I cancel my monthly booking?
The cancellation and refund policy for a rolling monthly booking depends on at what point in the booking you submit your notice to terminate.
⬅📅 At least 48 hours before the start date
Policy:
You can cancel a booking for a full refund at least 48 hours before the start date.

➡🗓 Cancel less than 48 hours from the booking start date, or after the booking has started
Policy:
A minimum of 7 days notice is required to cancel the renewal of a rolling monthly booking.
How-To:
- Login to your account on web
- Tap 'Driver' at the top of the page to navigate to the Driver section of your account.
- Select 'Active Bookings' on the left-side menu
- Find the booking you want to end and tap 'Manage Booking'
- Scroll down to find the 'End Booking' button and follow the prompts
🗓Extending a rolling monthly booking after an end date is added
Policy:
If your booking has an end date in the future, you can extend the booking by a minimum of 30 days, pending availability.
