How do I cancel my monthly booking?

 

The cancellation and refund policy for a rolling monthly booking depends on at what point in the booking you submit your notice to terminate.

In this article:

Cancelling before the booking start date

Cancelling within the first 48 hours of the booking start date (cooling-off period)

Cancelling at any time after the first 48 hours

Cancelling on a specific date: More than 30 days notice

Extending a booking after an end date is added

Policy:

You can cancel a booking for a full refund anytime before the start date.

How-To:

  1. Login to your account on web or app
  2. Tap 'Driver' at the top of the page to navigate to the Driver section of your account. If you're using our app you will need to click on 'Bookings' on the bottom menu.
  3. Select 'Active Bookings' on the left-side menu if you're using web, or 'Upcoming Bookings' on the app
  4. Find the booking you want to cancel and tap 'Manage Booking' 
  5. Scroll down to find the 'Cancel Booking' button and follow the prompts

Policy:

A monthly booking can be cancelled for a full refund minus the cost per day passed, provided the cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of the booking start date.

For example - if you cancel within the first 24 hours, you will receive a full refund minus the cost of one days parking. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will receive a full refund minus two days parking.

A minimum of 30 days notice is required to cancel a rolling monthly booking after the first 48 hours of the booking start date

How-To:

  1. Login to your account on web
  2. Tap 'Driver' at the top of the page to navigate to the Driver section of your account. 
  3. Select 'Active Bookings' on the left-side menu 
  4. Find the booking you want to end and tap 'Manage Booking' 
  5. Scroll down to find the 'End Booking' button, select '30 Days' Notice' and follow the prompts

❗️ Important: Your 30 days notice is applied from the date you submit the cancellation request. Depending on when you submit your notice in relation to you billing date, your final months rent is calculated pro-rata, therefore is either equal to or less than your usual monthly charge.

 

πŸ“… Cancelling on a specific date: More than 30 days 

You can submit your notice to cancel at any time. When you go through the process on your account, you will need to select 'specific date' to pick a date in advance of the minimum 30 day notice requirement.

  3. Select 'Active Bookings' on the left-side menu 
  4. Find the booking you want to end and tap 'Manage Booking' 
  5. Scroll down to find the 'End Booking' button, select 'Specific' and follow the prompts

Policy:

If your booking has an end date in the future, you can extend the booking by a minimum of 30 days, pending availability.
