Why is there a Service Fee?

Our Service Fee helps us cover the costs of running the platform and providing services related to your booking. It allows us to power your experience, including adding new features and providing 24/7 customer service.

The Service Fee is calculated as a percentage of your booking total with a minimum value of £0.49 and a maximum value of £2.49. We'll always show you the exact amount at checkout.
