Monthly Bookings: The Extras
Will I have an allocated parking space?
The majority of our spaces feature allocated parking bays which will be assigned to you in your post-booking instructions (found in your Booking Confirmation email).
A smaller number of our car park providers have a "any available bay" policy, if this is the case it will be clearly stated in the post-booking instructions also.
Do I need to renew my monthly space?
A monthly rolling contract automatically renews on your billing date each month, meaning there is no need for you to renew!
Can I freeze my booking?
Currently we do not offer holiday breaks on payments for monthly rolling bookings.
If you are unable to make use of your space, you can terminate your rental by providing us with your 30 day notice. Please bear in mind that there is no guarantee the space will be available for you at a future date.
Can I park in multiple locations?
You are only permitted to park in the location you have booked.
Please be aware that you are only covered for the location date and time you have pre booked with YourParkingSpace. In the event you park elsewhere you will not be covered by your booking and should follow the parking contract of the new location.
Any Parking Charge Notices issued due to noncompliance with parking regulations will not be covered by YourParkingSpace, and should be appealed directly with the issuing authority.
