What happens if I lose the access equipment provided to me?
Whilst not common, it happens! That's one of the reasons why we take and hold a deposit for any booking where the Space Owner has listed that access equipment exists.
How we deal with the loss of access equipment depends on when in the rental the loss/damage occurs. An access equipment replacement fee will apply, and your booking may need to be suspended until a replacement is obtained.
If you lose the access equipment in the middle of the booking, you will be required to top up your deposit back to the value of a full months rent in order for the booking to continue.
