I received a Debt Recovery Letter, but I paid for my parking. What should I do?

If you have received a Debt Recovery Letter for a parking charge but believe you paid for your parking, we can investigate this for you.

To open an investigation, we require a copy of the original PCN (Parking Charge Notice). This contains the necessary information we need to cross-reference the date, location, vehicle registration and entry/exit times against the booking made through YourParkingSpace.

We also require proof of the payment you made for parking on the date the PCN relates to. Please send us a screenshot or copy of your booking or payment confirmation showing the relevant parking payment.

❗If you don't have the original PCN, we recommend contacting the enforcement company that issued the charge and requesting a copy, as we need this information to provide the necessary assistance.
