Manually closing an incomplete AutoPay session
If your AutoPay session did not close automatically, you can close it manually by following the steps below.
Steps
- Log in to your Driver account.
- From the menu, select AutoPay incomplete sessions.
- Locate the relevant session and enter the date and time you exited the car park in the green departure box.
- Ensure the departure time is as accurate as possible, then confirm to close the session.
