What is the cancellation policy for season tickets?

You can cancel your season ticket for a full refund if you submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours before the booking start date.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start date, or after the season ticket has started, your automatic renewal will be cancelled (where applicable), but no refund will be issued for the current season ticket period.

Cancelling your automatic renewal

Season tickets renew automatically at the end of each term unless you submit notice to cancel.

To prevent your season ticket from renewing, you must submit your cancellation notice at least 30 days before your next renewal date.
