What is the cancellation policy for season tickets?

You can cancel a season ticket before the start date for a full refund.

The cooling off period also applies for season tickets, so if you find that the parking space isn't the right one for you, you can cancel up to 48-hours after the start date for a full refund less the cost of parking for any days passed (ie. if cancel on day 1, we will only charge you for 1 day and refund the remaining, or if you cancel on day 2 we will charge you for 2 days and refund the remaining balance).

To cancel the automatic renewal of your season ticket, you will need to submit notice to cancel here up to 30-days before your season ticket is due for renewal.
