Why your parking session may not appear
If you can't see your parking session in the app, it may be due to a failed booking. A failed booking is rare and occurs when there is a connection drop between payment processing and booking confirmation.
Bookings made with Driver Express
If you parked using Driver Express, your booking is not attached to an account. Driver Express allows you to park without signing in, so these sessions will not appear in your app history regardless of payment status.
Accessing your Driver Express booking through an account
If you'd like to view and manage your Driver Express bookings going forward, you can create an account using the same email address used at the time of booking. Once your account is set up, future bookings made with that email will be linked to your account and visible in your app history.
What happens with a failed booking
- You will receive a receipt for the amount paid.
- The session will not appear in your account.
- We will refund the charge for the failed booking automatically.
- The refund will appear in your account within 5-10 days.
Can a booking be created in the past?
Unfortunately, we cannot create a booking in the past due to our payment provider agreement.
What if I receive a Parking Charge Notice?
If you receive a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) for non-payment, you must appeal directly with the issuing authority. We are unable to intervene in this process on your behalf.
