Why haven't I received my payment?

If you're a Space Owner and haven't received your payment, there are a few things to check before contacting our support team.

Check your payment details

  • Make sure your bank account or payment details are up to date in your account settings.
  • Make sure you have included the correct tax details for the account holder.
  • Confirm that your space was active and had completed bookings during the previous month.

Payment processing times

Payments are typically processed on the 3rd business day of each month for the previous month's earnings. Please allow these additional business days for the funds to appear in your account, as processing times can vary depending on your bank.
