How do I manually close an incomplete AutoPay session?
If your AutoPay session did not close automatically, you can close it manually by following these steps:
- Log in to your Driver account.
- Select AutoPay incomplete sessions from the menu.
- Locate the incomplete session and enter the date and time you exited the car park in the green departure box.
- Ensure the time you enter is as accurate as possible.
Once submitted, your session will be closed and any applicable charges will be processed.
