How do I manually close an incomplete AutoPay session?

If your AutoPay session did not close automatically, you can close it manually by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Driver account.
  2. Select AutoPay incomplete sessions from the menu.
  3. Locate the incomplete session and enter the date and time you exited the car park in the green departure box.
  4. Ensure the time you enter is as accurate as possible.

Once submitted, your session will be closed and any applicable charges will be processed.
