How do I manually close an incomplete AutoPay session?
If your AutoPay session did not close automatically when you left the car park, you can manually close it by following the steps below.
Steps to manually close an incomplete AutoPay session
- Log in to your Driver account.
- From the menu, select AutoPay incomplete sessions.
- Locate the session you need to close.
- In the green departure box, enter the date and time you exited the car park.
- Make sure the time you enter is as accurate as possible to avoid any billing discrepancies.
Once submitted, your session will be closed and your payment will be processed based on the time you entered.
