Blue Badge Holders

Do Blue Badge holders receive free parking at YourParkingSpace locations?

Not by default. Most YourParkingSpace locations are on private land, so Blue Badge concessions, including free parking, are determined by the individual Space Owner or parking operator. Unless the listing explicitly states that a concession is available, the standard parking charges apply.

Are disabled bays available?

Some locations have designated disabled bays, but availability varies and cannot be guaranteed. Where available, this will be shown on the parking space listing.

Please note: A disabled bay does not automatically provide free parking, and we are unable to reserve disabled bays in advance unless the listing specifically states otherwise.

Do I still need to make a booking if I have a Blue Badge?

Yes. Holding a valid Blue Badge does not remove the requirement to book and pay for parking unless the listing explicitly states otherwise.

Please ensure you book for the full duration of your stay and park only within your booked dates and times.

Do I need to display my Blue Badge?

If you are parking in a designated disabled bay or the location requires a Blue Badge to be displayed, please ensure it is clearly visible in your vehicle.

Failure to display a valid Blue Badge where required, or parking in a disabled bay without authorisation, may result in a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) being issued.

Are Blue Badge rules the same as on-street parking?

No. The concessions that apply to on-street parking do not automatically apply in private car parks. Each YourParkingSpace location operates under the rules set by the landowner or parking operator, so please check the listing carefully before booking.
