Why is there a reservation fee?

The reservation fee helps us manage and secure your booking with the parking provider. It covers the administrative costs involved in processing and confirming your reservation, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience.

The reservation fee is a fixed charge applied to each booking and we’ll always display the exact amount in the price breakdown at checkout.


Whilst all service fees are included in the booking price, if you notice a difference on the subtotal at check out, please check your SMS fees.

SMS fees are toggled automatically at the checkout for ease and a seamless booking experience for all our Drivers. However, if you don't want to receive these, be sure to unselect these before making your booking.
