Parking Contract

The YourParkingSpace Parking Contract sets out the terms that apply when a Driver books a parking space from a Space Owner through the YourParkingSpace platform.

It explains the rights and responsibilities of both the Driver and Space Owner, including important areas such as:

• The booking period and agreed parking times
• The Driver's use of the parking space
• The Space Owner's responsibilities
• Payments and any additional parking time
• Cancellations and ending a booking
• Access equipment, such as permits, keys or fobs
• Responsibilities for any issues arising during the booking

The Parking Contract forms part of the agreement between the Driver and Space Owner when a booking is made through YourParkingSpace. By using our platform and accepting our Terms & Conditions, both parties agree to comply with the applicable terms of the Parking Contract.
