How do I get paid?
Rental payments can be paid via Paypal or bank transfer. To choose a payment method, log in to your account and go to Payment Preferences in your dashboard to select your preference and add your details.
All rental payments are paid out on the first business day of the following month.
For example, rent for completed bookings in January will be paid on the first business day in February.
Please do wait until the close of business on the first business day of the month before contacting our Support team regarding missing payments as there can be a short delay with funds appearing in your account from your bank.
Please Note: Please note that balances lower than £10.00 will be rolled over until the balance reaches a minimum of £10.

For monthly bookings, the first and last months' rent will be paid on a pro-rated basis. For example, if a booking starts on January 14th, your first payment would be for the period 14th-31st January. Similarly, if a booking ends on June 23rd, your final payment would be for the period 1st-23rd June.
All pro-rated payments are calculated based on the number of days in the month. We first work out the equivalent daily cost (e.g 31 days in January, 30 days in June) and then multiply this by the number of days used that month: Using the same example as above, this would be 18 days in January and 23 days in June.
