How do I reset my password?
First thing's first! On the device you're using you need to log out. Users frequently don't realise they're already logged in so start here. If you don't, you'll get stuck in a continuous loop of being asked to enter your current password before choosing a new one, which we're guessing you don't know if you're trying to reset it!
Once you're logged out, you'll need to click Forgotten Password, enter your email and submit.
Check your emails (again, this needs to be on the same device you've just logged out on) and follow the link, pick a new password and you're good to go!
Things to bear in mind
- If you can't see the reset password email in your inbox, double check your junk!
- If you accidentally click the button twice, you'll need to use the most recent email to reset your password.
- If you're being asked to enter your current password, that means your logged in! You need to log out.
