How do I reset my password?

First thing's first! On the device you're using you need to log out. Users frequently don't realise they're already logged in so start here. If you don't, you'll get stuck in a continuous loop of being asked to enter your current password before choosing a new one, which we're guessing you don't know if you're trying to reset it!

Once you're logged out, you'll need to click Forgotten Password, enter your email and submit.

Check your emails (again, this needs to be on the same device you've just logged out on) and follow the link, pick a new password and you're good to go!

Things to bear in mind

1. If you can't see the reset password email in your inbox, double check your junk!
2. If you accidentally click the button twice, you'll need to use the most recent email to reset your password.
3. If you're being asked to enter your current password, that means your logged in! You need to log out.

Accessing your booking details

If you're having trouble logging in to check your booking, here are a few things to check:

1. Use the correct email address: Make sure you're logging in with the email address associated with your booking. If you're unsure which email you used, check your inbox for a booking confirmation email.
2. Check your spam or junk folder: If you haven't received a booking confirmation email, it may have been filtered. Check your spam or junk folder for an email from YourParkingSpace.
3. Booking made with a different email: If your booking was made using a different email address than your usual login, log in with the account associated with that booking email to access your booking details.
