What do I do if a driver arrives late or early?

Unless you have to hand over access equipment, it shouldn't be an issue if someone is late to park in your space as they have paid from the booked start time. 

If a driver uses the parking space outside of the booked reservation, please advise them to contact our support team on 0208 629 1057 to make the booking adjustment and pay any additional rent required prior to allowing the extended use of your parking space.
