What if the driver doesn't show up?

Don't panic. Unless the tenant has tried to contact you unsuccessfully (eg. they were lost or unable to access the space), you will still be paid for the booking.

This is based on the principal that it was reserved for them which prevented other potential customers from book and parking successfully. We wouldn't want you to miss out on potential earnings!
