What happens if the Driver overstays their booked times?

Unless it is previously agreed that a Driver is going to stay for longer than their original booking (facilitated by YourParkingSpace), YourParkingSpace will take any additional payments as necessary.

The Driver will be liable to pay the full price for any additional time stayed. The driver will be liable to pay:

1. Any extra time stayed is charged at the hourly rate until the total exceeds the daily rate.

2. The owner shall authorise YourParkingSpace to collect payment of any such additional fees from the Driver on behalf of the Owner.

If a Driver happens to overstay, YourParkingSpace will review whether any extra fees apply. YourParkingSpace will make the final decision, but we always aim to be fair and understanding.
