How do I contact the Driver?

Whenever a Driver books your parking space, you'll receive a booking confirmation email containing the booking details and the Driver's contact information.

You can also access the Driver's details through your YourParkingSpace account.

How to view a Driver's details

1. Log in to your YourParkingSpace account.
2. Click My Account.
3. Select Your Reservations.
4. Click Active Reservations.
5. Find the relevant booking and click the small arrow on the right-hand side to expand the booking information.
6. You'll then be able to view the available Driver details, such as their phone number, vehicle registration number and other relevant booking information.

Please note: Driver contact information is only available through your account while the booking is active. Once the booking has ended, you will no longer be able to access these details through your account.

Important: Protecting Driver information

Driver information is personal data and must be handled responsibly. You must only use the information provided through YourParkingSpace for legitimate purposes relating to the Driver's booking.

Do not save, copy, download, screenshot or store Driver contact details or other personal information outside of your YourParkingSpace account. This includes keeping Driver details in your phone contacts, personal spreadsheets, notes, messaging apps or other personal records.

The UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 place requirements on how personal data is collected, used, stored and protected. Personal data should only be kept for as long as necessary and must be handled securely.

Only use a Driver's information when necessary for purposes connected with their booking, such as arranging access to the space or returning a key, permit or other access equipment. Once the information is no longer required for the booking, you should not retain it.
