How do I change my pricing?

You can change the price of your parking space at any time through your YourParkingSpace account. Please note that price changes will not affect any active or upcoming bookings.

To change your pricing:

1. Log in to your YourParkingSpace account and click My Account.
2. Select Manage Listing and scroll down to Rental Type & Pricing.
3. Select the daily and/or monthly option, depending on the type of bookings you want to accept.
4. Select either Dynamic or Static pricing and update your prices accordingly.

Once you've made your changes, they will be sent to our Quality Control Team for review to ensure they comply with our Fair Pricing Policy.

Resetting your availability calendar

Please note: When making changes to your listing, including pricing, you must reset your availability calendar afterwards. Your Availability Calendar and Rental Type & Pricing are separate features, so resetting your calendar ensures your new pricing is applied correctly to each available day.

To reset your calendar:

1. Select Availability Calendar.
2. Select Reset Calendar.

Your updated pricing will then be reflected in your available dates once the changes have been reviewed and approved.
