Why would I lose my deposit?

You would only not receive your deposit back if you lose any access equipment such as a key or permit. In this case, we will take the replacement cost from your deposit and then return any remaining monies.

We also often use the deposit to take any final payments on a pro-rated usage at the end of the tenancy.
