Contact us up to 48 hours after your booking start time to be eligible for a refund of your booking.

We understand that life happens and sometimes you are unable to contact us in the moment. If you have any issues with a YourParkingSpace booking, please contact our customer support team on here with the details.

Please note: YourParkingSpace is unable to cover the cost of alternative arrangements outside of the YourParkingSpace inventory or any costs incurred from parking in an unauthorised location.
