How do I request a refund?

YourParkingSpace drivers are covered by our booking guarantee.

We only want our customers to pay for parking they're happy with, this means that in the unlikely event there is a problem with your long-term space and you let us know within 48 hours of the booking start date, we will issue a full refund.

To request a refund, simply send us an email to providing us with all relevant information ad supporting evidence as to why the space was not fit for purpose.

Please note: YourParkingSpace is unable to cover the cost of alternative arrangements, parking or towing charges.
