After you complete your booking, you will be provided with the full address and contact details of the Space Owner. If it's not immediately obvious where to park, we recommend contacting the Space Owner before leaving for your destination to get further clarification ensuring a seamless journey.

If you arrive and are unable to locate the space, please contact the Space Owner as they are the best person to assist you in such circumstance. Unable to reach the Space Owner? Please contact our customer support team here and we'll see if we can assist you, or provide you with a refund.


Our Support Team will contact the Space Owner to clarify the details after we've sorted your parking out so the next driver has a more seamless experience.
