How do I cancel my booking?

Short-term (hourly/daily) bookings

Short term (hourly/daily) bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the booking is due to commence. Simply log in to your account:

  1. Within your Driver account select the booking you no longer need
  2. Click "Manage Booking"
  3. Scroll down to roughly halfway down the page until you see the big red "Cancel" button
  4. Choose a reason you need to cancel followed by "Cancel booking"
  5. Your refund is automatically issued, which typically hits your account within 5-10 days (depending on your bank)

If your booking was made to start within 24 hours of booking the space, or your cancellation request is submitted after the start time of your booking, the booking will be non-refundable

Long-term (monthly) bookings

Cancel before the start date:

Long term (monthly) bookings can be cancelled before the start date by contacting our support team here and selecting 'Cancel a booking' from the subject list. We’ll make sure we’ve done our part and check if we can help secure you a better-suited space before processing the cancellation and full refund.

Cancel no later than the end of the second day:

A 48-hour cooling-off period is provided for monthly bookings and is applied from the start date. This allows a Driver time to assess the suitability of the parking space. If a Driver needs to cancel their booking within the first 48 hours of the booking, a full refund less any days used will be provided. Again, our team will always work with you to make sure we’re providing a suitable alternative for your parking needs.  To cancel a booking within the cooling-off period, contact us here and select 'Cancel a booking' from the subject list.

Cancel any time after the end of the second day:

Any cancellation request submitting after the end of the second day of the booking will be subject to the 30-day notice termination policy, applied from the next billing date. The booking end date will therefore be set as 30 days from your final billing date.

To submit notice to terminate your monthly booking, contact us here and select '30 days notice (monthly-booking)' from the subject list.
