Is my parking space really guaranteed?
Yes because all booked parking spaces have been marked as available by the Space Owner who manages the listing. When you place your booking through the YourParkingSpace platform, one parking space at the listed location is reserved for you for the duration of your booking.
In the unlikely event that there are any issues with the parking space that you have booked, please contact our customer support team immediately on 0208 629 1057 so we can park you into an alternative space, at no additional cost (see our Booking Guarantee here).
If our alternative spaces aren't suitable for you, we are more than happy to provide a full refund of your booking for you!
Please note: YourParkingSpace is unable to cover the cost for alternative parking arrangements made outside of our platform.
