Is my parking space really guaranteed?
Yes! All booked parking spaces have been marked as available by the Space Owner who manages the listing. When you place your booking through the YourParkingSpace platform, one parking space at the listed location is reserved for you for the duration of your booking.
In the unlikely event that there are any issues with the parking space that you have booked, please contact our customer support team on 0208 629 1057 so we can book you into a nearby alternative space at no additional cost.
If our alternative spaces aren't suitable or if you'd prefer a refund for your booking, just let us know within 48-hours and we will more than happy to provide you with a refund.
Please note: YourParkingSpace is unable to cover the cost of alternative parking arrangements made outside of our platform.
