How do I book a parking space?

 

You can book parking quickly and easily via our website and FREE YourParkingSpace iOS or Android app.

 

Using the YourParkingSpace app 

Download our app here.

1. Open the app to search using
   a) the search bar or interactive map or,
   b) a specific location ID from a sign at a car park you're at
2. If you're looking for short-term parking, that's hourly/daily parking, update your arrival and departure date/times
   💡 By default, the app will search "Hourly" so you don't need to change your search type
3. If you're looking for long-term parking, that's parking on a rolling monthly basis, tap the "Hourly" toggle at the end of the search bar to switch it to "Monthly" 
4. Update your start date by tapping on the "Arrive from" date
5. Use the interactive map to locate the perfect space for you - click on the priced pins to see more details
6. Click 'Book now' to complete the checkout process
7. Done! You'll receive the post-booking instructions that will provide you with the parking locations full address, any access information and owner contact details

Once confirmed your booking will automatically be saved in your account under ‘My Bookings’

 

Using the YourParkingSpace website 

Navigate to our website here.

1. Select either ‘Monthly’ or ‘Hourly/Daily’ parking
2. Use the search bar to enter a location, point of interest or specific location ID from a sign
3. Select the applicable date/times
   💡If you're looking for Monthly parking, you'll only be able to search from available locations from your start date. 
4. Click search and use our interactive map to locate the perfect space
   💡Pins show the price of parking for the duration you have selected if searching hourly/daily parking, or the price per month for monthly parking
   💡Monthly parking searches will sometimes show pins with a date. These dates show if a space is booked on the start date you've searched but is becoming available within the next few days so that if you are flexible on your start date, you can consider these spaces too.
5. Click on a pin or select from the list of locations on the left to view more details
6. Tap "Book now" when you're ready and go through the checkout process to complete your booking.
7. Once the booking is completed, you'll receive a booking confirmation email with the post-booking instructions that will provide you with the full address, any access information and owner contact details

Once confirmed, your booking details will be available from within your account under "Active Bookings".
