What's the refund policy for monthly parking?

In the unlikely event that the space you booked isn't suitable we will always try to find a alternative space that you're happy with.

If we are unable to find an alternative space that meets your requirements, we will issue you with a full refund less the days used. In order to receive a full refund, please email within 48 hours of the rental start date informing us of the unsuitability of the parking space.
