Why do I have to pay a deposit?

For most monthly bookings, we take a deposit equal to one month's rent. This is to protect our Space Owners against the damage or loss of their access equipment provided to the Driver for their booking, as well as to protect against any rental payments due under the Parking Contract.

After you've submitted 30 days' notice to terminate your booking and your booking end date is confirmed, all access equipment (such as a key, fob or parking permit) must be returned to the owner by no later than the final day of the booking.  

In the event that access equipment is not returned to the owner by the end of day on the booking end date, you may be charged an access equipment replacement fee, plus any pro-rated rent from the end of your booking until the day the space becomes accessible again.
