What is the cancellation and refund policy for daily parking?

We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan, and cancellations are unavoidable!

To ensure these situations are as stress free as possible for both our drivers and space owners, we implement a 24 hour cancelation policy. 

This means that any short term bookings can be cancelled to a full refund up to 24 hours before the booking is due to start. 

You are able to cancel and request a refund for short term bookings via your account following the below steps

  1. Within your account locate the booking you no longer need
  2. Click ‘Manage Booking’
  3. Locate the ‘Cancel this booking’ button
  4. Follow the required steps 
  5. Your refund will automatically enter your account within 5-10 working days!
