What is the cancellation and refund policy for daily parking?

Our cancellation policy has been built to consider both sides of the marketplace. As a Driver, you need a level of flexibility for when plans change, while Space Owners need sufficient opportunity to attract another rental should a driver need to cancel.

Breakdown

 

A 15-minute grace period is available after a booking is made, allowing cancellation for any reason via the 'My Account' section.

When you cancel Refund Eligibility
More than 24 hours before the booking starts 100% refund¹
Less than 24 hours before the booking starts No refund

1  Less the cost of any service fees, arrangement fees, and/or booking extras.
 

 

How quickly will I get my refund?

Your refund will be automatically processed on our side and appear in your account within 5-10 working days (usually much sooner, but it all depends on how quick your bank is).

If FlexiPass was purchased when making the booking

When pre-booking a space you will have the option to purchase a ‘FlexiPass’ product add-on. If purchased this entitles you to cancel a booking at any point before the booking start time and receive a 100% refund on the cost of the space (excluding the cost of ‘FlexiPass’ itself).
