What is the cancellation and refund policy for daily parking?

Our cancellation policy has been built to consider both sides of the marketplace. As a driver, you need a level of flexibility for when plans change, while space owners need sufficient opportunity to attract another rental should a driver need to cancel.

Short term booking (defined as a parking session continuing for 29 days or fewer)

 

Any time (note: there is a 15 minute grace period after making a booking, allowing you to cancel via your account if, for example, you booked the incorrect dates or times)

 

At least 48 hours before the time when the parking session is due to start Full refund

 

Between 24 and 48 hours of the time when the parking session is due to start

 

75% refund

 

Less than 24 hours of the time when the parking session is due to start

 

50% refund

 

After the parking session has started

 

No refund

*Less the cost of any service fees and/or space extras (such as SMS booking confirmation) added to the booking

How quickly will I get my refund?

Your refund will be automatically processed on our side and appear in your account within 5-10 working days (usually much sooner, but it all depends on how quick your bank is).
