How do I amend the times on my hourly/daily booking?

🔍 I have the wrong details on my booking

Viewing your booking details:

If you're seeing incorrect details on your booking, you can access and review your bookings by logging into your account. If you've forgotten your password, reset it first, then complete your profile to ensure your booking details are visible.

Kiosk bookings:

If your booking was made via a kiosk, it cannot be amended. To extend your stay, you will need to create a new booking.

⏰ Amend your booking dates/times

Policy:

· You can make changes to the start of your hourly/daily (short-term) booking up to 48 hours before the start time

· For all 'Upcoming' and 'Active' bookings, you can change the vehicle registration as well as the end date/time to allow you to extend the parking session anytime before the booking completes

· 'Completed' bookings cannot be amended

How-To:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Tap 'Driver' at the top of the page to navigate to the Driver section of your account. If you're using our app you won't need to take this step.
  3. Select 'Active Bookings' on the left-side menu
  4. Find the booking you want to amend and tap 'Manage Booking'
  5. Scroll to your Booking Details and click 'Change date & time' under the start or end times currently booked
  6. Select your changes and make any additional payments due to confirm the change

🚗 Amending your vehicle registration.

Policy

- You can change the vehicle on your booking at least one hour before your booking time starts. 
- For Monthly bookings, you can change the vehicle on your booking at anytime before you enter the car park.

· You are only permitted to park the vehicle on the booking in the parking space. Whilst we allow this to be changed at any point before or during the parking session, you are required to have the correct vehicle registration on the booking before entering the car park to prevent a Parking Charge Notice

How-To

  1. Login to your account
  2. Tap 'Driver' at the top of the page to navigate to the Driver section of your account. If you're using our app you won't need to take this step.
  3. Select 'Active Bookings' on the left-side menu
  4. Find the booking you want to amend and tap 'Manage Booking'
  5. Scroll to your Booking Details and under the vehicle registration click 'Change vehicle'
  6. Select from a saved vehicle or add a new vehicle. Click submit to save the change.

Having trouble? Try these:

Check the policy period

If you are outside of the policies mentioned in this article or within the Parking Contract you will not be permitted to make the change and therefore will be unable to make changes from your account.

Review the error message at checkout

Our platform will complete a new search to check the location is available at the selected dates and times. If we don't have space available over the new selection, you will be unable to proceed with the changes to your booking and an error message will appear.

Provided you are within the cancellation policy period, you will need to cancel the booking and find another space for the new dates/times.

Don't forget that YourParkingSpace doesn't offer every single space at the location on our platform so there will be cases where we will show no availability to purchase parking on our site even though there might be spaces available.

Make sure your booking isn't 'Complete'

You won't be able to amend a 'Past Booking'. If your booking has finished and is showing as 'Completed' in your account and you need extra parking time, you will need to place a new booking to cover you for any additional parking.

Double-check you're trying to amend a short-term (hourly/daily) booking

You can't change the start date on a monthly booking from your account (yet!). You have to reach out to us to action this.

💰 Paid for extra hours by mistake?

Policy:

· If you've paid for more hours than intended due to a booking error, you may be eligible to request a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

· A partial refund may be available depending on how far in advance of the start time the issue is raised.

· Do not cancel your booking. Cancelling your booking yourself may affect your eligibility for a refund.

How-To:

To request a refund for extra hours paid by mistake, please contact our Customer Support team directly. Do not attempt to cancel the booking yourself — our team will handle any necessary changes on your behalf.
