How do I amend my daily / hourly booking?

Why am I unable to amend my booking?

 

Amending the start date/time.

You have a 24 hour period before your booking begins to make any amendments to the start date or time. 

Providing you are within this 24 hour period, you will have the ability to alter your booking via your account!

  1. Login to your account here
  2. Locate the booking you wish to amend 
  3. Click ‘Manage booking’
  4. Under booking details locate ‘Start Date & Time’
  5. Use the ‘Change date & time’ link to make the amendment 
  6. Checkout!

Amending the end date/time. 

You are able to amend the end date/time at any point before the booking becomes completed. 

Providing your booking is upcoming or active, you will have the ability to alter your booking via your account!

  1. Login to your account here
  2. Locate the booking you wish to amend 
  3. Click ‘Manage booking’ 
  4. Under booking details locate ‘End Date & Time’
  5. Use the ‘Change date & time’ link to amend the end time
  6. Checkout!

I am within the stated policies, why am I unable to make amendments to my booking?

When you attempt to make amendments to your booking via your account, our platform will complete a new search to ensure the space is available at the requested time and date. 

If the space does not have availability for the desired period, you will be unable to proceed with any changes to your booking.
