Do you share my details with any third parties?

YourParkingSpace may share your personal information with certain third parties where necessary to provide our services, fulfil bookings, meet legal and regulatory obligations, or operate our platform.

1. Space Owners or parking operators – If you enquire about or book a parking space, we may share relevant information with the Space Owner or commercial parking partner so they can respond to your enquiry or manage your booking.
2. The other party to your booking – When you make a booking, certain information, such as your name, phone number and email address, may be shared with the other party involved in the booking. This allows Drivers and Space Owners to contact each other when necessary about the parking arrangement.
3. Government and regulatory bodies – We may share information with organisations such as HMRC, law enforcement agencies, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), the Financial Ombudsman Service, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and other relevant authorities where required or permitted by law.
4. Service providers and business partners – We may share information with organisations that provide services to us, such as financial institutions, debt recovery agencies, IT and software providers, integration partners, document storage providers, backup and hosting providers, and other suppliers that support our business operations.
5. Business transfers – If YourParkingSpace is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, transfer or sale of some or all of its assets, personal information may be transferred to the relevant third party as part of that transaction.
