Do you share my details with any third parties?

We may share information with the following third parties for the purposes listed above:

1. We may share your personal information with the owner of a parking space you have enquired about, whether that is a private owner or commercial partner of YourParkingSpace, in order that you receive a relevant response to your enquiry
2. Similarly, if you enter into a rental agreement. (booking), your name, phone number and email address may be shared with the other party who has also entered the agreement, so that you can contact each other with regards to the rental (booking)
3. Governmental and regulatory bodies such as HMRC, law enforcement, the Financial Conduct Authority, the Prudential Regulation Authority, the Ombudsman, the Information Commissioner’s Office and under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme
4. Other organisations and businesses who provide services to us such as debt recovery agencies, financial institutions, back up and server hosting providers, IT software and maintenance providers, document storage providers and suppliers of other back-office functions
5. We may share your personal information with a third party in the event of a merger, transfer or sale of some or all of our assets
