When do I get paid my earnings?

 

❗️Commercial Space Owners - please get in touch with your account manager to discuss payment queries.❗️

 

For Private Space Owners, we process earnings on the first business day of the month. 

Business days are Monday - Friday and don't include bank holidays.

 

Some things to bear in mind...

1. We can't pay you if we don't have your details. Make sure you've added your payment preferences before the payment run. To be on the safe side we recommend adding your details as soon as you create your listing! Click here for details on how to add or change your payout details

2. Payments are only made once a month, so if you miss the monthly payment run you'll have to wait until the following month. This means that if you haven't added your bank details before the payment date, you will need to wait for next month.

Payment Time?

Payments will be processed on the first business day of the month.

Where space owners are paid via bank transfer, we use Faster Payments. Whilst this means that payments usually land on the same day they are processed, sometimes they can roll over to the following working day.

❗️Important: Any enquiries regarding the whereabouts of your earnings payment will not be responded to before this time. ❗️

 

Our Finance and Customer Care departments are separate, and until the payment run is completed only the Finance team has access to the specifics of payments made. This means that as much as we'd love to help, we are unable to take a deep dive into the details of your payments until the second business day of the month. 

If you've read all the related articles to your earnings and still have a question, to get the best response our advice is to wait until the day after payments are made.
