How do I close my account?

We're sorry to hear that you no longer wish to use YourParkingSpace.

If you'd like to close your account, please contact our Customer Support team. We'll assist you with the account closure process.

Please note: If you have an active or ongoing booking, we won't be able to close your account until the booking has been completed. This ensures we can continue to provide access to your booking information and manage any payments, refunds or other matters relating to the booking.

Once your booking has been completed, you can contact us again and we'll be happy to assist with closing your account.
