How do I cancel a booking or give a refund to a driver?
You can't refund a driver yourself. This is because the money paid by the Driver is paid to YourParkingSpace and we hold this payment until payday.
Payday happens on the first business day of the month for any successfully completed bookings.
If you need to cancel a booking or issue a refund, drop us a line here with the booking details and we'll get that refunded to the driver and adjust your upcoming earnings as needed.
