When would I be eligible for a refund?
We want all of our customers to be happy with the parking space they have booked! YourParkingSpace will always provide a refund if:
1. The space you booked is not as advertised on our website.
2. You were unable to access the parking space as a result of an error made by YourParkingSpace or the landlord.
3. The space is being rented out illegally.
4. If you cancel a short term booking within 24 hours of the start time.
We are committed to ensuring a brilliant and convenient experience is had by all of our customers.
