When would I be eligible for a refund?
We want all of our drivers to be happy with the parking space they book. YourParkingSpace will provide a refund if:
1. The space you booked is not as advertised on our website
2. You were unable to access the parking space as a result of the Space Owner's error
3. The space is being rented out illegally
4. You cancel a short term booking 24 hours before the start time.
To be eligible for a refund please do ensure that you notify us within 48 hours of the booking start time.
