When would I be eligible for a refund?

Our goal is to take the stress out of parking and create a convenient and seamless parking experience. YourParkingSpace will provide a refund if:

1. The parking space booked is not as advertised
2. Access the parking space was not provided as a result of the Space Owner's error
3. The space owner does not have the legal authority to rent the parking space
4. The booking is cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time (short-term bookings)

On the rare occasion that there is a problem with your booking, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the booking start time here.
