What if I turn up and the parking space is not the same as what is described in the listing?
When a location is listed on our platform, it will be taken through the YourParkingSpace quality control process. This is to ensure we obtain as much information about the space and we know you'll need as a Driver using the space.
Whilst our quality control team takes specific measures to ensure that a listing is accurate to the space an owner lists it as, there may still be rare instances in which a space is not as expected:
What would be considered ‘not as expected?’
- Height / width restrictions not as stated on the listing
- The size of vehicle suitability is not accurate (ie. your vehicle doesn't fit even though the listing says it would)
- Access hours differ from the description given
If you believe a space is not as described on our platform, please get in touch with us here. YourParkingSpace can then launch an investigation into what went wrong, and of course give you a full refund if you were unable to park due to the discrepancy.
