What if I'm unable to access the parking space?
If you arrive at your space and are unable to access it for any reason, contact the Space Owner immediately. Your Space Owner has the authority to action a remedy (open the gate for you) or authorise a solution (have a prohibited vehicle removed) swiftly. Contact information can be found in your Booking Confirmation email.
If in the unlikely case you are unable to get in touch with your landlord, please contact customer support on 0208 629 1057 and we will park you into an alternative space free of any additional charges.
