What if I'm unable to access the parking space?
If you arrive at your space and are unable to access it for any reason, contact the landlord immediately. Your landlord has the authority to action a remedy (open the gate for you) or authorise a solution (have a prohibited vehicle removed) swiftly. Contact information can be found in your Booking Confirmation email.
If in the unlikely case you are unable to get in touch with your landlord, please contact customer support on 0333 939 8782 and we will park you into an alternative space free of charge.
Don't forget! YourParkingSpace drivers are covered by our Booking Guarantee, if a parking space is unsuitable or for any reason unavailable, you will be entitled to a full refund.
