Upon completion of your booking you will be provided with the full address of the location. This is available to you at all times via your account!

We always advise that you make yourself familiar with the location of your booking prior to parking. There are a range of interactive maps such as Google Maps available for this.

In instances where you have booked a private space, you also have the ability to reach out to the Space Owner directly!

 

What do I do on arrival?

Always refer to your Post Booking instructions for information on entering the location, however in most instances it really is as simple as just parking!

Our platform provides a simple and seamless parking experience which allows you to park at your booked location and then leave without any hassle.

 

How do I contact the Space Owner? 

This all depends on the location you have booked!

If you have booked a private space, you will be provided the Space Owner details within your booking confirmation email. These details will be available for you to access at all times via your account.

If the space is a commercial location, you will need to contact us directly for help. You can do this here.
