How do I locate the space?
Upon completion of your booking you will be provided with the full address of the location. This is also available to you within your account up until the booking completes.
We always advise that you make yourself familiar with the location of your booking prior to parking. There are a range of interactive maps such as Google Maps available for this.
In instances where you have booked a private space, you also have the ability to reach out to the Space Owner directly if you're unsure.
What do I do on arrival?
Always refer to your Post Booking Instructions for information on accessing the location, including if you're required to park in any specific bay or collect a physical permit etc.
How do I contact the Space Owner?
This all depends on the location you have booked.
If you have booked a private space, you will be provided with the Space Owner details within your booking confirmation email. These details will be available for you to access via your account up until the booking completes.
If the space is a commercial location like a supermarket or hotel, the contact information will be ours so you can contact our support team directly for help.
