What if another car is in my parking space when I arrive?
If you arrive at your space and find a vehicle parked in your reserved space, please contact the landlord immediately. The majority of the time it is simple fix to have the vehicle removed.
In the case that a landlord is unreachable or unable to action an immediate remedy for you, please contact our customer support team on 0333 939 8782 and we will book you in to an alternative space at no additional cost.
