What if another car is in my parking space when I arrive?
If you arrive at your space and find a vehicle parked in your reserved space, please contact the Space Owner immediately. In the majority of cases, the Space Owner can provide a simple fix and have the vehicle moved.
In the case that a Space Owner is unreachable or unable to action an immediate remedy for you, please contact our customer support team on 0208 629 1057 and we will transfer your booking to an alternative space within our inventory.
Don't forget - you're always covered by our booking guarantee meaning that if the space is unavailable for your booking, you will be entitled to a full refund. Just get in touch with our support team within 48-hours of your booking start time.
