What if another car is in my parking space when I arrive?
If you arrive at your space and find a vehicle parked in your reserved space, please contact the Space Owner immediately. In the majority of cases, the Space Owner can provide a simple fix and have the vehicle moved.
In the case that a Space Owner is unreachable or unable to action an immediate remedy for you, please contact our customer support team here or via Live Chat between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday - Friday and we will transfer your booking to an alternative space within our inventory.
Don't forget - you're always covered by our booking guarantee meaning that if the space is unavailable for your booking, you will be entitled to a full refund. Just get in touch with our support team within 48-hours of your booking start time.
