What if I don't know my vehicle registration when booking?

If your vehicle registration details are unknown at the time of booking, and your booking is more than 1 hour away, you will have the ability to type in "TBC" for your registration to be added prior to parking.

Your booking will be confirmed with no vehicle registration number attached (it will show as TBC). It is vital that this information is added before you enter the parking location so that you don't receive a Parking Charge.

We email you a reminder around 1 hour before the start time of the booking, just incase you forget.

❗️Important: Failing to provide a registration number before you enter the car park will put you at risk of receiving a Parking Charge.
