What if I don't know my vehicle registration when booking?

If your vehicle registration details are unknown at the time of booking, and your booking is more than 1 hour away, you will have the ability to select 'I don't know my registration'.

Your booking will be confirmed with no vehicle registration number attached (it will show as TBC). It is vital that this information is added before you enter the parking location so that you don't receive a Parking Charge.

We email you a reminder around 1 hour before the start time of the booking, just incase you forget.
