What is the cancellation policy for monthly subscription parking?
If for any reason you arrive at your space and it isn't suitable for your needs, we will be happy to cancel your booking as long as our support team are informed within 48 hours of the rental start date.
Our customer support team will always try to find you a suitable alternative, however, if the options suggested do not fit your requirements, we will issue a full refund less the days used.
If you have been parking in your parking space for more than 48 hours and no longer need the space, we will require 30 days notice of cancellation.
To give notice, please email email@example.com from the email address you booked the space with informing us that you no longer require the space and are giving notice.
