How do I get my deposit back?

After you have submitted your 30 days notice and returned any access equipment (if applicable) within 48 hours of your booking end time, please get in touch with our team on and we will have the Space Owner confirm they have received the item/s in full working order.

Once we have the all-clear, we'll get the money refunded to you.
