How do I get my deposit back?

After you have submitted your 30 days notice and your end date has been confirmed, you will be required to return any access equipment (if applicable) by no later than the end of the booking end date. 

Once any access equipment has been returned and you’ve moved out of the space, get in touch with our team here and we will do the necessary checks and release your deposit back provided there is no outstanding rent or claim to the deposit for repair/replacement of the access equipment.
