I need to stay longer than I booked, what should I do?
To extend your booking, login to your account and click "Manage Booking". Under the 'End date & time' section, select the green text "Change date & time". Amend your date/time accordingly.
Alternatively, feel free to our customer support team directly on 0208 629 1057. We are happy to extend your booking subject to availability and will be able to arrange any additional payments if applicable.
If the parking space has been booked by another driver and we are unable to extend your booking at that particular space, our team will provide you with an alternative parking space nearby to accommodate your request.
